Small Is Powerful

I often wonder if I am” doing enough;” are my small actions making any difference at all in the grand scheme of things? Perhaps some of you wonder about such things too. The issues of our planet seem daunting, to say the least. When I consider how I might serve to bring harmony to a world that seems hopelessly and irrevocably torn apart by war and conflict between nations — or our current situation in the US, post election, with polarized views splitting families and friendships — I feel overwhelmed and discouraged as to how I, personally, could ever make a difference.

A couple of days ago I came across this post by Jocelyn Daher. Both her article and the accompanying video gave me great reassurance that small actions — even our unseen inner decisions and intentions — can make a HUGE difference in our world. I thought I’d pass this along as inspiration and encouragement during this paradigm-shifting time.

Let’s intend to remember and remind one another: “We do indeed matter in the Grand Scheme of things and each of us “makes a difference” — much more than we can imagine.”

Many readers have commented that my own revelations have helped them on their own journeys, which is the best reward I could hope for and usually motivates me to “keep reporting.”

Not this time! Continue reading
